1. Your vitamin D level is insufficient. You will be "advised" to take life style changes and to buy your own supplements.
2. Your CRP is over the range meaning you have some infection, inflammation or chronic illness.
3. Your TSH is too low and your Free T4 is too low out of range. Your free T3 is too low but is in range.
4. Your vitamin B12 level while in range is too low. It should be 500 or preferably higher. The NHS won't do anything about that.
What medication are you taking?
What vitamins and minerals are you supplementing?
Jazztilly - Vit D is too low, recommended is 100-150nmol/L. You can supplement with D3 softgels 5000iu daily. Important cofactors are needed when taking D3, read about them here vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...
D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-MK7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems.
D3 and K2 are fat soluble so should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day, D3 four hours away from thyroid meds.
Magnesium comes in different forms, check here to see which would suit you best and as it's calming it's best taken in the evening, four hours away from thyroid meds naturalnews.com/046401_magn...

B12 below 500 can cause neurological problems, recommended is very top of range, even 900-1000. You can buy some sublingual methylcobalamin lozenges 5000mcg and take one daily, when that bottle is finished but some 1000mcg strength as maintenance.
B Complex is needed when taking B12 to balance all the B vitamins. If you buy one with 400mcg methylfolate in it that will address any folate deficiency, I can't see any results for that.

Was ferritin not checked? That is very important because unless it is a minimum of 70 then no thyroid hormone can work.

You need to get all vitamins and minerals up to optimal levels to give your thyroid hormone a chance to work.

TSH suppressed and FT4 low is what you'd expect to see when taking NDT, but your FT3 is also extremely low in range. Optimising your vitamins and minerals first, also checking adrenals with a 24 hour saliva test, would be the first step.
JazzTilly,
I think you are undermedicated on your current Thyroid-S dose as FT3 is very low. Most people taking NDT need FT3 in the upper third of range to feel well ie FT3 4.6 - 5.7. FT4 is usually much lower when taking NDT than when you were taking Levothyroxine.
You can try increasing another 1.5 grains in 1/2 grain increments at 2 week intervals then hold for 6-8 weeks and have another FT3 test to check FT3 remains within range.
VitD is insufficient. I would supplement 7,500iu D3 daily x 6 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu daily and retest in 3-4 months. Take vitD 4 houors away from NDT.
C Reactive Protein is an inflammation marker.
eGFR 90 means you have good kidney function.
Everything thing else is within range (normal).
