Hi Brieabailey,

It's not something I've experienced and I've not seen anyone report the experience on the forum.

I have. It's almost as if the brain temporarily loses touch with the body to some extent. I don't know if it is an effect of low thyroid hormones or low nutrients or incorrect adrenal function or a combination of some of these things. At the time I had this occasional floaty, buzzing feeling I was very ill. It hasn't happened to me for a long time now. The feeling actually sounds nice, but it wasn't - it was very disorientating. I had dreadful insomnia at the time, and the floaty feeling didn't help. It felt almost like being seasick in bed.

I still have sleeping problems but they are much less severe than they used to be.
