I wondered why Roderick Lane was so concerned with iodine levels. He has posted this on Fb Thyroid Care Group facebook.com/groups/1363637...

Its an hour long video on the uses and need for iodine, it's American so not all of it applies, however the information is very good with with a back article link. I personally find the guy irritating but the time spent is worth it.

Oh yes diet doing well about 80% of pain now gone and I can get by without walking stick. Sadly its still a no on the pop tart front...hmmmpf!
