Yes it is actually good especially if you are a woman who has periods.

It could be anything including iron. There are two measures of iron that are common to look at. These are ferritin - your iron stores - and heamoglobin - what the red blood cells use. You can be low in one but not the other so both need to be tested.

Get your ferritin, vitamin B12, folate and vitamin D levels checked out and post them in a new thread WITH the ranges. You must have the ranges this time as labs use different measurements.

Wen I was at consultant two wks ago he says iron level was 14an he wanted it at 16,cud that me the ferratiton he's on about,my b12 was low but I'm on jags an vit d s low but I don't no the level
