i have thyriod problems with anoying cough

i have underactive thyriods Have contsant cough I have tried everything all medicines and sweets do not seem to work Gets hole lot worse at night i have had this cough for nearly 7 months

Have you had a blood test for B12 ? If so what was the result ? I have read a research paper on the topic ☺

Not sure if been tested for anything else had loads of tests Had a lot going on too remember my hubbie diagnosed cancer my daught has mental problems and someone got involved started coming between us This is when my thyriods kicked off and i was diag Now i have cough more so at night Had it for 7months now noth seems to work Been buying allsorts of med and sweets

The above link takes you to the research on B12 and a cough ! Low B12 can also be the cause of mental issues - read the link below. Scroll down for the neuro-psychiatric symptoms. B12 DEFICIENCY is at epidemic levels .... and can be a neurological issue not just a vitamin deficiency.

Always obtain copies of blood tests - they are legally yours - and it makes posting here easier if you are able to give more information for people trying to help

If you ask for a B12 test also ask for Folate as they work together in the body. Also test Ferritin and VitD. Are you taking any other medication that could be affecting absorption of your thyroid hormones ?
