I've been taking B12 for a while. I read here that it is important to balance B vitamins if you are taking B12. So, I bought, Thorne's Basic B. After one tab, I felt really weird. I am sure this is not a problem with the product, because I remember supplementing one of the B vits some while ago (can't remember which - may have been B6...) anyway, I had exactly the same reaction; thought I was on my way out. These, of course, have been high levels of B. Anyone else experienced this?

I was taking Designs for Health B Supreme and every day it made me feel nauseated and spacey. I would want to go back to bed afterward I felt so drained.
On the recommendation of that practitioner I was taking so many supplements I eventually got on top of it by setting a timer for 10mins and would take two capsules, then wait 10mins then take two more caps until they were gone. If I tried to take them at once I just felt awful.
