Yep. I understand about taking iron 4 hours away from my thyroid meds (NDT) but now I'm coming across posts that say Vit D needs to be taken some hours away, too (something I have def. not been doing). Anyone know the truth of it, please?

Yep, it should also be taken four hours away. And, two hours away from the iron. The only thing you can take with iron, is vit C. Vit D needs to be taken with your fattiest meal of the day.
For maximum absorption Levothyroxine should be taken with water 1 hour before, or 2 hours after, food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements, and 4 hours away from calcium, iron, vitamin D supplements, magnesium and oestrogen.
