Sore underneath of tongue

Does anyone else ever hve a problem with your tongue getting sore underneath it? And does anyone know what causes it? I feel like it's a mixture of eating potatos and drinuking to much coffee.

Sore tongue can often be caused by low iron and/or low B vitamins.

Have you had any nutrient testing done recently? If you have please post the results and reference ranges and ask for feedback.

The ones that people on this forum are interested in are vitamin B12, folate, iron/ferritin, vitamin D.

Could be because it's a bit swollen - symptom of still being hypo or low B12 or other nutrients
