Most people would not notice the difference.
I don't take mine at a set time.... It depends on when I wake. If I wake before I have to get up, I take it then if I have the energy, if not I roll over and sleep a bit more, then take it. So time varies between 5 am and 9 am ish..... Hope that helps.
I wake up about 5 am to take it, but I don't worry if it's hour later ..when I had to stop taking 24 hours before blood test it turned out I didn't take it till 10 am..everything seemed the same..though I am on low dosage at the moment

Remember if you are taking T4 it is a storage hormone that your body uses and converts to F3 so you are adding to the T4 already in your body which your body converts to T3 as and when it's needed
