Someone here a couple of days ago said it was 'too late' if Hashi had already developed (I can't find it) - but Dr Wentz has proved it's reversible.

You've probably seen that there's been a bit of an extension to this series. Bit waffly at times, rather overlong, but wow did it back up all the stuff ive been discovering on line recently, plus reinforced my faith in the changes I've made to medications/minerals/vitamins/diet/exercise I've been taking lately.
C_S, did you see some stuff about exercise in this series? Do you know which episode it was? Thanks!
No I didn't. Just taken it upon myself to do stuff that other thyroid experts have suggested, such as yoga and tai chi. I love tai chi (the gentle version). My BP has now dropped because of it plus I am sleeping better. Think they just mentioned about not "going for the burn" in this series. No actually there WAS one with a bit on exercise. Some Italian lady demonstrating a few really easy ones. Episode 5 or 6 maybe. I'll have a look later to see if I can remember properly.
Thanks C_S. Sounds like I am moving in the same direction as you but quite a long way behind. I do a few floor exercises each day, but am only able to do the most gentle, no standing exercising yet!

Did you go to Full page? Slider at the bottom to stop/start & skip stuff? The lady has a good heart, just trying to spread the word, not the usual American hard sell!
She's not a doctor. She's a pharmacist. And no I don't want to buy them either and will soon be "blocking" her!

You are right FF. I have learned - and got a lot better - by studying this disease - both on-line and through books. Isabella backed up everything I have learned so far, which made me feel I was definitely on the right track, and I will be eternally grateful to her. I understand she wants to sell the CDs and books, and quite rightly so, but it is still quite annoying having 2/3 mails coming in every day plugging them ...
