I've been recommended to this by a friend for stomache problems etc. So sceptical these days, anyone got any opinion on it please?

Aloe Vera can be good, but it can also be potentially harmful. Over here in finland some have had their liver go bad by taking aloe Vera. It cannot be proved, but it's the only thing in common between these cases and we are advised not to use aloe Vera continously. Same happened in Sweden.

It might not be aloe vera itself but you never know what else these products might contain so maybe it's something with aloe vera that is potentially dangerous.

For gut issues I would rather take l glutamine with zinc and vitamin A. That's good combo for leaky gut.
