New dosage not really helping

My Doctor has raised my dose to 150mg and 120mg levo alternative days, before moving on to 150mg every day. Would people agree with this dosage based on my recent results. I am not yet feeling any benefit from the new dose. in fact I am feeling even more tired than before if possible, really struggling to get up in the mornings and finding it hard to get to sleep at night.

Steni,

What are your TSH, FT4 and (if tested) FT3? How long have you been taking the increased dose?

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
