FT3 over range and suppressed TSH means you are hyperthyroid and as you can't take anti-thyroid drugs RAI may be the safest option for you.

You mentioned joint pain in your other post. That could be due to hyperthyroidism but can also be due to low ferritin or low vitamin D, B12 and folate. Ask your GP to test.
