Advice please I have high cortisol throughout day and treating 2 months now this past week I've been stressed about various things and seen the GP this am following an excruciating 3 day headache she says caused by high BP this isn't the 1st time it's been high but I've always attributed it to my cortisol.
I don't do well with meds came off statins for that very reason but any suggestions on whether to take or not??
