Thyroid Eye Disease

Hi All, I was diagnosed with Graves disease 10 years ago. I have been on Carbimazole since then on various dosages. Recently I developed a lump on my lower eye lid which although has subsided it hasn't fully gone. Anyone heard or suffered with Thyroid Eye Disease?

Mostly lumps that appear on eyelids arecholesterol lumps and can be unsightly. I scratch mine off.
