T3

Hi just recently started on t3 and noticing water retention and bloating, has anyone had similar effects?

Have you added T3 to T4 or taking T3 only. What dose of levo were you taking and what dose of T3?

Wondering if you've reduced levo to add t3. Bloating/fluid retention were two big symptoms when I was on levo alone, but they resolved quickly when I started taking t3. When I used to take a split dose if I was late w the afternoon dose my legs and feet would begin to swell.

It could be (if you have reduced levo) that you just haven't found the right balance yet and if your t4 is falling and t3 is not yet high enough this may be a little bottleneck that will soon pass when you're on the right combo of meds.
