Mmamuk,

TSH 3.69 in Dec 2015 indicates undermedication. Most patients will be comfortable with TSH 1.0 or lower.

T4 22.9 in July 2015 was high in range and indicated adequate replacement.

B12 <500 can be deficient 500-1,000 is desirable.

Folate 8.69 was adequate.

VitD 89.4 was optimal in July 2015.

Parathyroid hormone and calcium in April 2015 were within range and didn't indicate hypoparathyroidism.

Plasma viscosity and full blood count were within range.
