Hi is there anyone who has all of the above?
I find it so hard to pinpoint which symptoms are from what.

You are amazing, working as an assistant head with all that going on, but the special needs children at your school are very very lucky someone who understands is there. I don't have this combination I don't think, though I easily could have undiagnosed mild Asperger's and my attention has lessened with the Hashi's. My son has Asperger's ... if that diagnosis means anything. In the States he might have been diagnosed as ADD inattentive instead. His symptoms overlap with hyperthyroidism, especially the anxiety, raised heart beat, fine tremble, and his FT3 when tested was slightly over the range. There were no antibodies, though he was very young then, and as Reallyfedup has reported re one of her daughters, you can have no antibodies but sympoms at 16 and go on to develop high antibodies .. Hashis in this case ...
So is it possible that you have Hashis, not the other two? What do you think? The research into the correlation between ASD and thyroid is unsatisfactory, in my view. Maybe if adult ASDs were tested repeatedly for antibodies, some evidence would emerge.
