I enjoyed reading this so much I thought I'd share it. It is primarily about insomnia but there are so many useful suggestions on emotional health, letting go etc I think it's worth reading even if you have no problem sleeping: sensitivesleepers.com/blog/

Yes, kiwis, how unlikely. :-)

Thanks, I'm lucky that I don't actually suffer from insomnia as such, I came across the blog while looking for a sleep noise machine to mask street noise. I found her voice v compelling, esp when she talks about having 'the most unique' problem. I just really loved her voice and it seemed like the blog might also be useful to others.

Much thanks, I am going shopping soon and will purchase the said kiwis, don't really like them but will mix with ice cream (any excuse and I'm lucky not have a weight or glucose prob. ) Some times if taste not to one's liking might just be working. I do love to find unusual "cures" so grateful for the link

Good luck. In any case you'll be eating ice cream, so if the kiwis don't work you can console yourself.

How about turkey? If you have a turkey sandwich for dinner and a kiwi sundae for pud it will be lights out. :-)
