Chopper,
Most supplements should be taken 2 hours away from Levothyroxine. Type "Raspberry Ketones" into the Search Thyroid UK box to see posts.

chopper Is this for weight loss? I keep seeing lots of adverts about this, how certain celebrities have had amazing weight loss using it, even (supposedly) Kate, Duchess of Cambridge (royals just don't do that sort of thing, unless it's an ex-royal like Fergie).
As you are hypothyroid, and assuming you want to lose weight, then unless your vitamins and minerals are at optimal levels to enable your thyroid hormone to work properly, and unless you are optimally medicated then weight loss by diet and exercise isn't going to happen.
If you post your latest test results and give a bit of information then members will be happy to make suggestions.
Totally agree!
I also agree. Ketones could raise your metabolism too high, especially as that's supposed to be the job of levothyroxine (i.e. to raise it slowly by gradual increases). Some T3 would probably be best added to T4. It all depends when you were diagnosed as unexplained weight gain is a clinical symptom and T3 (liothyronine) is the active thyroid hormone. If on levothyroxine, its job is to convert it to T3.
