Have you had folate, vitamin B12, ferritin and vitamin D checked? If so post results and ranges.
Also most the latest results and ranges of your TSH, FT4 and FT3 tests.
I suggest you edit your original post to add the test results and ranges in so others can see them automatically. Yes you will need to type them but you will get a lot of good advice.
Welcome to the site, MrsHybred2 - but sorry you need to be here!
Did you get a print-out of your blood test results? It's your legal right to have one, so always ask. When you just say 'my thyroid levels being high', we have no idea what that means. Which test was high? The TSH? There are three tests, so you need to specify. How high was it? Did they prescribe you any treatment?
Hair-loss, weight gain, aching joints, are all symptoms of hypothyroidism, and should go when you get on an optimal dose of thyroid hormone replacement. If you don't take the thyroid hormone replacement, things will just get worse, and worse...
But, we need more information to be able to really help you.
