I have just returned from a reflexology session, I am now feeling very relaxed but I was pleased/interested that she picked up thyroid parathyroid and adrenal issues. (She also picked up digestive issues.) I'm hoping to go regularly and re-energise my poor thyroid. Better than a visit to the doctors.

Good to read. You can also stimulate the thyroid area on your foot yourself ..... lots of on-line charts and books. I was having my feet done yesterday - and beside me on the ledge were two plastic feet - up to just above the ankle - with all the Reflexology areas clearly marked
