just been thinking about Hashis

ive never been told i have hashis by a dr

i do have antibodies (not sure how high)

ultrasound showed a small thyroid, the guy who scanned said its small because its been attacked/being attacked by my antibodies

dr told me end stage thyroiditis (at the time it scare bee jee bees out of me)

i questioned it a few weeks later and dr said there was inflamation at the time, endo allso said the same

why if i have hashis do i not have a goiter?

Having Hashimoto's doesn't mean you develop a goitre. End stage thyroiditis IS Hashimoto's and inflammation and a small thyroid gland is consistent with Hashimoto's atrophying the gland.
