I'm at a loss or lost not sure which

Hi All you lovely helpful people, I'm struggling hugely at the moment and I'm not sure which way to turn. Switched from armour to erfa and found myself shattered all the time and hair loss started including a chunk of eyebrow. Purchased some WP online as GP said he would only swap when I'd finished the erfa 😐. But now I can't seem to get my dose right. Currently taking 3.25. Last results on 3 grains of armour were good according to my endo. I panicked as he only wants me on 2 grains and I tgought I might be overdoing it on 3 but clearly wasn't I believe erfa isn't as strong so tried a little more. My point being I'm now trying 3.5 and 3.25 on alternate days but can't seem to find a happy medium. Keep checking my temp and its still relatively low 36.4 to 36.8 in the afternoon. So symptoms are feeling low and disconnected brain fog and I can't seem to just live in the moment. Anxiety is tapping me on the shoulder and in kicks insomnia for the last 2 nights. The only thing that makes me feel ok is having wine. I feel desperate. It doesn't help that my partner is distant and we've moved in to a house that needs major renovation.

Any chance of switching back to Armour?

I was having joint pain etc on armour.

I've switched back to Erfa as I had some left and feel a beck of a lot more stable. That was A week of sheer hell! Maybe WP is more easily absorbed and had a more profound effect for me not sure.

WP is supposed to be the most hypoallergenic so you may have been absorbing it better. Glad going back to Erfa is working for you.
