High Blood pressure

I have high blood pressure and am on T3 only. I cannot tolerate any BP tablets, if anything they make BP worse Has anybody any suggestions please how I can resolve this. Thanks Linda

The above link takes you to many many previous posts about the topic. I have done it this way as I have already written about raised blood pressure this week - and am pushed for time In my non medical opinion raised blood pressure can be a symptom - so the cause needs to be found

Low cost non-meds methods include meditation (the meditation trust do courses in most parts of the country fees according to earnings with free lifetime follow up - easier than mindfulness) and breathing exercises - see control-your-blood-pressure... - you don't necessarily have to buy it - it is just soothing music with audible markers for breathing in and out at the correct times - starting with 12 per minute and going down to 6.

Olive leaf supplements are also supposed to help.
