I've started to get sore hips after starting levothyroxine

Painful hip joints can be due to hypothyroidism and is commonly due to low/deficient ferritin and vitamin D. Ask your GP to test ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate which are commonly low/deficient in hypothyroid patients.

I would thought the levothyroxine would of helped that by now I will ask the doc for them tests next week thanks

I have noticed I feel a bit breathless when I walk so may be the ferretin

Maybe as your dose is increased it will relieve the pain. What dose were you given of levothyroxine and can you get a print-out of your latest blood test results with the ranges. If you don't have them now put them on a new Post so that you will get more answers.
