Thyroid for Dummies

Bit random....Anyone else read this? Thoughts??

I haven't, there's one of those 'For Dummies' books for everything isn't there but I didn't know there was one for thyroid. Is it accurate do you think? Worth reading?

I bought it not long after I was first diagnosed, so it could be that some info is out of date or ideas changed.... Like having the ideal of level for your thyroid to work, the suggests '2'.... Re dipping in to to refresh really.... Got so much info at my finger tips now lol

Ah, just the '2' has put me off already although maybe okay for a healthy person. Think I'll stick with HU for now
