Hello,

It's L-Carnitine and not carnotine. I took some years ago to lose weight and it was efficient. I have never taken it to manage the symptoms of over-active thyroid. I have read that it can help but with high doses. You can google it and you'll find some explanations.

Nevertheless I was cured once and relapsed a couple of years later and Carbimazole never removed the anxieties completely. That's the only symptoms I never got rid completely. Some people think it's the Graves that makes some people anxious even when the thyroid is stable.

When did you start Carbimazole, what dose? Maybe your GP/endo needs to increase your dose.

Take care.
