White willow bark

Hi everyone,

Has anyone taken white willow bark (either herb-as-tea or as capsule) for inflammation?

I'm curious to hear feedback on this herb as I suspect it might be good for those of us with Hashimoto's (I'm convinced Hashi's is an inflammation disorder - immune system disorders tend to be).

Thanks!

I don't know if you are aware of this, but willow bark is one of the original sources of aspirin, and this could be the source of any benefit.
