Hi what is 75mcg T3 equivalent to in thyroxine please ?

It would be approximately 75 x 3 = 225mcg levothyroxine.

Some people suggest T3 is 4 times more potent than levothyroxine in which case the equivalence would be 75 x 4 = 300mcg levothyroxine.

Personally, I think the first calculation is closer to the truth.

Have you checked for signs of over-medication? If you have and you aren't taking too much, then perhaps you just need to take more. Try adding half a tablet perhaps?

I found that, for me, taking too much T3 was a bit deceiving. I didn't feel hyperactive, which was what I would have expected, instead I could have fallen asleep standing up I felt so tired.
