40mcg liothyronine and i cannot for the life of me increase

ive tried increasing with my am dose, my pm dose, seperate from both doses

5mcg and it makes me feel worse than ever

im so hypo at the moment and air hunger is at its worse (main hypo sign used to go with a small increase)

Hi Mandy72,

When you can't increase your t3 dose it is due to intolerance caused by one of two things generally. Low cortisol and/or low iron. Have you had any of these things tested? I will send you a pm with a link to follow these up.
