The thyroid numbers suggest you may be over medicated. All the other numbers look fine although the low normal creatinine would tend to confirm too much thyroid activity. If you are taking liothyronine (L-T3) or NDT I'd suggest you reduce it. I'd stay on the lowest dose that resolves your symptoms.

If you are feeling good I think that's the most important. The TSH varies throughout the 24 hours and this doctor only referred initially to the TSH plus others for the initial consultation.

This post is written on the assumption that you are hypothyroid, are being treated with levo, and don't want to have your meds reduced. If other conditions apply, then it may be irrelevant.
What time of day was the blood taken?
TSH varies throughout the day. It is at its highest in the middle of the night. But since blood tests aren't usually done at that time we have to do them as early in the morning as possible to get the highest value possible.
Do you take levo? If you took any in the 24 hours before the blood draw it will have increased your Free T4. We normally suggest not taking levo in the 24 hours before blood draw, and then taking the missing dose immediately after the blood is drawn.
It is often suggested that people should not eat and drink (except for water), in the 10 - 12 hour period before getting blood drawn because it affects thyroid function tests.
Thanks humanbean. I take 200 thyroxine and 40 t3. Had blood test first thing in morning after fasting and didn't take meds for a day.

RFU, I've copied and pasted from above:-
Reallyfedup 123 - my dr wants me to reduce meds as tsh is suppressed but I feel fine. The only symptom I have is very achy feet and strange jelly like lumps around ankles and inside of elbows!
(shaws)
That's really interesting that symptoms went away with NDT. I'm in Australia and get a private prescription for t3 so can't see any reason why dr can't switch me to NDT. My children are off school at moment so as soon as their back I'll book dr appt.
Thanks again for taking time to reply. Paula
