Ah got it ! I think the results are pretty clear that he has Hashimotos and poor thyroid function. Possibly caused by the LOW B12 - Ferritin as well as the auto-immune aspect. If your Doc did not have any suggestions about treatment - then I cannot see things improving after she has done her own tests.

If you had a private test the GP wants to make double sure but you are so very low in the most important minerals/vits which can cause severe problems themselves. Your FT4 and FT3 are very low too. As your TSH is 'in range' she might not prescribe and you might think of sourcing your own.
