About 6 weeks ago I caught a stomach bug off my 2yr old grandaughter. Since then I have had the most awful brain fog, I've lived with some for 30yrs but this is awful! My bloods came back OK from doctors. I thaught i was anaemic. Any ideas? Any supliments I could take? I'm on 3 grains of NDT. Many thanks, any help would be much appreciated.

Ask for a copy of the "OK" blood tests including the reference ranges and post them on here. It would be interesting to see if they really did as many tests as you think they did. And it would be interesting to see if the results are even close to optimal.
Probably the gut brain connection - when you have too many of the baddies in the gut it can affect what is going on in the brain !
What supplements are you taking ? How are your B12 levels ? Maybe some GOOD pro-biotics would help.....
