so just got back cortisol test an dhea is high-in the red any ideas to get it down??

mine too, can only find info for lack of DHEA, have been taking extra strength evening primrose to help balance out the hormones, no great results. My progesterone was low too making me estrogen dominant. Not good I've had estrogen fed breast cancer twice, will be asking endo, but not expecting any answers!

will follow up the adaptogens suggestion, let me know if find anything out
