Iron levels

Does anyone know if it's common to have high iron levels with Hypothyroidism?

My test results are reading 33 (range 10.00-30.00) although it's not massively out of range, Im still over.

If this normal will the Levo bring down my iron levels.

Pamm73, hypothyroid patients are more likely to have low iron. Levothyroxine won't increase or decrease iron levels. Your iron level is so mildly elevated that I don't think you need to worry about it.
