Does anyone no the reading for normal iron levels

Elephants123, ranges vary. You need to find the range for the lab which tested your iron. Your GP receptionist or practice manager may be able to tell you. You said your iron is below range which means you are deficient and your GP should prescribe iron or you can buy your own and supplement. Iron tablets should be taken with 500mg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
