Question if you don't mind. Any thoughts much appreciated. I am under Endo treatment plan and am now on double the thyroxine dose (75 up to 150) and still having 6-8 weekly tests to reach optimal health but am still struggling to lose weight. Any thoughts as to why no change at all after having doubled my dose?

Maybe you need T3, if you're not converting the levothyroxine?
Levothyroxine doesn't really aid weight loss. You will need a good diet full of healthy ingredients and not a starvation type diet which will more than likely put weight on. Concentrate on getting rid of the other symptoms and don't expect miracles.
When it doesn't work anymore, get educated about NDT.
Do you have any labs to share with us? It could be that your body can't convert the T4 you're taking, into the T3 that every cell in your body needs.
Have you had your vit D, vit B12, folate, iron, ferritin and zinc tested? Any deficiencies will stop you losing weight, and will affect your conversion rate, too. So, if you haven't already done so, best to get those done, too.
Take care.
