This is my first message on here so I thought I'd try it out and say Hello to one and all! I've got an under-active thyroid due to a long standing Hashimoto's condition that I was recently diagnosed with.
I've got to grips with what to do about the autoimmune condition, now the search for what to do about the thyroid! It's great to feel I am amongst others on a similar health journey, hope it's a short one!
