Can't understand what these results mean even tried looking on line but so complicated. Anyway grateful if someone more knowledgeable than me could throw some light on this as I don't have a clue what it means should have asked my doctor:

dsDNA binding autoantibody lev <20 IU/ml ????

Extractable nuclear antigen NEG

Anti-nuclear factor POS

It goes on to say ANA and ENA change very little over time, and have no role in monitoring disease activitry. As such there is usually no role for repeat testing unless the clinical presentation changes. ANA shows a homogeneous pattern. ANA Titre = 1 : 160 ENA and DNA antibodies to follow.

I've put this in the Graves topic as I have that and Hashies would have been better if it was just Thyroid Problems.
