Erfathyroid, folate looks good but I'd need to see the ferritin range to comment. Ferritin is optimal halfway through range. If it's over range it indicates over supplementation of iron, or if you aren't supplementing, inflammation or infection somewhere in the body. Having a cold or virus at the time of testing can elevate ferritin.

Hi Clutter, Thank you for reply. I never have any range on any of my blood tests. Have been taking Spartone iron, was thinking i might have over done it

Looked high at 211. I cannot find anything to go by. Doctor did not comment . Said B12 was high=1375ug/l. Vit D=171.

Still trying to get well with T3, now trying 1 dose a day.

Erfathyroid, ask your GP receptionist, practice manager or GP for the range. I would stop supplementing for now, >100 is adequate, and too much iron isn't good.

B12 is usually high when supplementing. You can OD on B12 so high is fine but you ought to take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced.

VitD is replete 75-200. Most people are comfortable around 100. I would reduce to a maintenance dose of 2,500iu daily.
