Gookygal, antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). TSH is in low-normal range, FT4 is low in range, and FT3 is excellent. I suggest you retest in 6 months to keep an eye on FT4.
Ferritin is low in range, >100 is optimal. Supplement iron with 500mg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
B12 is low, PA Society advise 1,000 is optimal. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin and take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vitamins balanced. Folate is good.
