I take 1 liothyronine 20mcg and 1 cytomel 25mcg in morning 1 liothyronine 20mcg lunchtime 1 liothyronine 20mcg in evening these blood tests were taken when I was on 4 20mcgs a day but endo has cut to three now ! That's why I'm taking a cytomel as can't stay awake on 3 and also put on 10lbs of weight in 3 weeks since I've gone bake one 4 I can stay awake and have lost 5lbs he just cut it because t3 has gone up in fact rocketed in price to over £800 a month my pharmacist told me it's disgusting as I'm low as u said I'd be even lower on 3 tablets no wonder I couldn't stay awake !

Shazzy, If FT3 was 3.9 on 80mcg Liothyronine your endo ought to have increased dose, not reduced it. If 7.0 is the top of FT3 range endo should have been aiming at FT3 around 5-6.
