Hi still on t3 only .Was on 40 mcg t3 a day, felt a little better.I was then put on hypertensive medication ,all gave me a cough ,then they tried a diuretic which made me very very ill vomiting and feeling faint. Now back on ace inhibiter, but still feeling nauseated and sleepy.I went up to 45 mcg t3 split into 3 times a day.I feel rough and do not really know if it is bp tabs or t3 doseage.

Most diuretics cause magnesium loss which can raise blood pressure. I'd suggest you try supplementing with magnesium citrate.

Why are you taking the other medication ? - is it to do with raised blood pressure ?

How are your levels of Ferritin - Folate - Iron - B12 - VitD ?
