I've missed mine before! We're talking days! I have also taken too much over the course of months so, No it should not hurt you! I'm on 175mg daily, I was taking g 225mg for about 2 months somehow..... All I did was be over talkative and ping around .

taking too early will be ok.

No, you will be fine Sarcastic,

Levo has a long half life which means it takes several days to be utilised within the cells in the body anyway. As long as you end up with same dose total as the end of the week, small variations day to day should not be felt.

Levo is T4 alone and can last for up to 7 weeks!

Hi there

T4 has a half life of up to 8 days, because of its low biological activity. T4 is slowly used so after the 8 days, there is still only half the amount left, so after 4 to 6 weeks, there is still a small amount of T4 being produced, not at the correct therapeutic amount, however it's still in the blood stream.

Aww man, u guys have no idea how much you've helped. Ive been too paranoid thinking i might overdose. Thanks a bunch to everyone of you for assurance and reassurance :) before i never really knew, but im trying to learn now about this stuff. im 21. and i was born without a thyroid so its tough living it and living through with it. but in the end, its not all bad so long as i take my proper doses.

I dont get it. Why do people set up schedules for this if it takes long to process it? Does it give you better results? thank you.

Sarcastic, the point of schedules is so that a daily routine is established otherwise it's easy to forget to take a tablet or take them to close to food and drink which will interfere with absorption. Anyone taking other meds or supplements also needs to take them 2-4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
