Either that or I'm over medicated?
It's the sort of headache where the sinuses feel congested and sticky and sore.
No vomiting just nausea.

How long have you felt that way? Are you sleeping? Frequent bowel movements? Bad anxiety? If you have felt that way for a while then you could be over-medicated.
No frequent bowel movements. Have lowered my T3. Was very hot but couldn't figure out if that was the weather. But I was sweating just sitting in a chair. That has reduced since lowering dose. But I do still have a slight headache and feel jittery. But the jittery feels adrenal?
Frankly on a day like today. I'm fed up with the whole thing! X
I am still coming down from being over-medicated. If you feel over-medicated then then reduce your dose. Take my word for it, you don't want to get too far down that road. You will have nausea, insomnia, bad anxiety, sweating and rapid weight loss... And not fat, but muscle wasting. It's terrible.
God that sounds dreadful.
I've had no weight loss. Not much appetite.
Were you very overmedicated? How long for?
I'd like to hear your story because we don't hear a lot about it. Might help x
I was on 75 mcg, then switched to 100 mcg of levothyroxine. After 5 weeks I felt awful with bad insomnia, nausea and I noticed my legs looked like I had no muscled. My TSH was 0.06. My free T4 was at top of range, I believe 1.8. This was way too much for me and the Dr said some people just can't handle that much increase. My biggest lesson learned is that you should not feel worse instead of better after an increase. If you are sicker than when you started then it's too much medicine. This is my experience. For others , they may still be under medicated and feeling bad.
