Love your thyroid back to health? Well, it all dépends what's wrong with it, doesn't it. I very much doubt singing is going to affect the antibodies.
Sorry, but I find articles like this totally unrealistic. These things may make you feel better in some ways, but do you really think they're going to have any effect on your thyroid gland? Call me a sceptic, but I doubt it...
Anyone for oil-pulling? Or a coffee enema?
