rt3 pooling question

ive read about rt3 and pooling, will this happen to me, ive only been on t3 alone for about 4 weeks now, if it does, what should i do?

You make rt3 out of unused t4. If you aren't taking t4 then you have no need to make rt3.

The pooling is when so much t4 is being turned into rt3 that it goes into overdrive and forgets to use or make t3.
