What symptoms do you have? What are the ranges for the T4 (do you mean FT4?) and FT3 tests?
Your antibodies seem high. You could look at low dose naltrexone and possibly consider trying a gluten free diet to see if that helps bring them down.

We need to see the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) to interpret your results.
If you are symptomatic you could ask for a dose increase as most people are comfortable with lower TSH, usually around 1.0.
Gluten-free diet can help reduce antibodies.
