Hello these are my friend's results which she was told means her thyroid is normal. She is tired, sluggish and cold so I'm concerned all is not well. Could someone please comment? Much appreciated.

I'm finding it a little difficult to read but I would say she has mild hypothyroidism. Her results are in range but only just. This could most certainly account for her symptoms.
I would advise getting repeat blood tests done in a few months if possible. Next time she should make sure she gets the blood drawn first thing in the morning before breakfast. This will give a better idea of her true thyroid status and may well yield results outside the reference ranges. It may also be that her thyroid has deteriorated further in a few months.

Canada116, I've edited the results to make them easier to read. Your friend is becoming hypothyroid and should repeat her blood tests in 3-6 months as CarolynB advises above.
